Jeff Hayward, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is an experienced general manager with a strong background in property management and hospitality. Currently serving as General Manager at Associa since August 2021, Jeff has previously held similar positions at Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. and Associa-PCM. With 24 years of hospitality experience, Jeff also worked as Director of Catering at the Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center, where responsibilities included event planning for various organizations. An alumnus of Bakersfield College, Jeff holds an Associate degree in Business.
