Michelle Boeck

Michelle Boeck, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, has extensive experience in human resources and community management. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Associa since October 2008, Michelle is responsible for implementing HR strategies that enhance both employee and client experiences while adding value to communities. Prior roles include Human Resource Manager, Training Manager, and Community Manager at Sand Companies, Inc., and Leasing Specialist and Consultant at Fine Associates LLC and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, respectively. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and furthered education at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
