Pranay Shah has a strong background in operations and finance, with experience in various leadership roles. Pranay started their career at Capital One Auto Finance as a Senior Relationship Manager, where they worked for 10 years. Pranay then joined Vantiv as a VP Operations, overseeing multiple contact centers and delivering high-quality customer service to Credit Unions and their members. After that, they joined First American Payment Systems as a VP Operations, where they directed daily operations and led various departments. Currently, they are working at Associa as a Vice President, responsible for leading several verticals and overseeing multiple departments for over 7500+ communities globally.

Pranay Shah has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria.
