Tim Snyder

Tim Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Tim is currently the VP Technology at Associa's HOAM Technology, responsible for product development. Prior to this, Tim worked at USAA as the Director of Agile Technologies, where they managed a team of 10 and handled work item and portfolio management tools. Tim also worked as the CIO at 4med Equipment Services, overseeing the establishment of information systems and infrastructure. Tim co-founded and served as the General Manager of Gemba Systems LLC, specializing in lean and agile transformation programs. Tim held leadership roles at Valtech, including SVP & General Manager and Chief Technology Officer. Tim also worked at Platinum Technologies, Technical Resource Connection (TRC), and Prograph International, gaining experience in areas such as development, consulting, and product management.

Tim Snyder attended Dalhousie University from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Math & Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1986, they attended The Atlantic Computer Institute and focused on Computer Programming and Systems Analysis. Tim Snyder also holds several certifications, including CompTIA Project+ Certification obtained in 2020, Certified Scrum Product Owner obtained in 2016, Certified Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Practitioner obtained in 2015, Certified Scrum Master obtained in 2006, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching, and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation.
