Molly Maybrun

Molly Maybrun is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in project management and real estate advisory services. Currently serving as a Partner at Associate Capital since August 2023, Maybrun previously held the position of Project Lead for the Waterfront Ballpark District with the City of Oakland, negotiating a significant mixed-use project with the Oakland Athletics. Prior roles include Principal at Townhaus Group, where Maybrun managed various aspects of real estate development and completed over 2,500 housing units across Northern California. As Vice President of Development at The Olson Company, Maybrun oversaw urban projects resulting in 1,350 new affordable housing units. Additional experience includes directing the development of a Cisco Systems campus with Catellus Development Corporation and negotiating a substantial ground lease for the New York Times headquarters while serving as Assistant Vice President at New York City EDC. Maybrun holds an MBA with honors from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Economics and City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
