James Hill

ames Hill joined Associated Asphalt in March of 2018 following 10 years with Kinder Morgan Terminals where he held various operational leadership positions including Operations Superintendent and culminating as the Regional General Manager responsible for Kinder Morgan Terminal’s Midwest operations. James possesses more than 24 years of operations and engineering management spanning across both the military and public sector. James currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading the organizations Environmental Health and Safety, Operations, and Transportation teams and is charged with developing, leading and sustaining the company’s culture, strategies, growth, and operational capabilities. James holds a Master’s of Science in Engineering Management and Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a Bachelor’s of Business in Management Information Systems from Drexel University. James and his wife Arianne reside in Roanoke, Virginia with their two sons.
