Aja Morris

Aja Morris is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee development, currently serving as SVP, Director of Internal Communications at Associated Bank since June 2018. Previously, Aja held various roles at Bank Mutual, where responsibilities included managing communications during acquisitions, leading employee engagement programs, and overhauling training approaches for improved effectiveness and cost savings. Aja's career began as an Instructional Designer at Assurant Health and included a role as Service and Systems Trainer at Washington Mutual. Aja holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
