Joy Langreder

Joy Langreder serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development at Associated Bank, overseeing strategic direction and execution of talent management activities. With extensive experience at Schneider, Joy held roles including Human Resources Director for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Director for the Business Partner Team, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing talent acquisition strategies and all HR functions for a global organization. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Human Resources Analyst for Brown County and the City of Green Bay, focusing on generalist HR duties. Joy holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
