Rodney Jones-Tyson

Rodney (Tyson) Jones-Tyson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, risk management, and operations within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Baird, Jones-Tyson also holds the titles of Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Global Investment Banking at the same company. Additionally, Jones-Tyson contributes to various organizations as a member of the Board of Directors at Associated Bank and the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Centerspace. In leadership roles, Jones-Tyson serves as the Chairperson of the Board for the Foundation for Homan Square. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland.
