Charlotte Maxwell

Charlotte Maxwell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Charlotte currently holds the position of People & Performance Director at Associated British Foods plc, a role they have held since 2022. Additionally, they are the People & Performance Director - Global Functions at AB Mauri, a business of Associated British Foods plc, where they oversee 16 Global Functions.
