Rosana Elias

Rosana Elias is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Group Head of CSR at Associated British Foods plc, Rosana has held key positions at Whitbread, including Head of Sustainability and Head of Responsible Sourcing, as well as Sustainable Supply Chain Manager. Prior experience includes consulting on responsible sourcing and ethical trade at Sancroft and marketing management at Inkerman Ltd. Rosana holds a Master of Arts in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic and Latin American Languages from the University of Leeds.
