Sean Kayes

Sean Kayes has extensive work experience in various roles. Sean started their career in 2011 at Rhodes University as a Gym Instructor and later became a Personal Trainer. In 2015, they joined KPMG UK as an Analyst in IT Assurance, and then progressed to the role of IT Audit Assistant Manager. In 2018, they joined Associated British Foods plc as an IT Audit Manager. In 2022, they moved to ASOS.com as a Senior Manager Internal Audit. Currently, Sean holds the position of Head of Security GRC at Associated British Foods plc, starting in March 2023.

Sean Kayes attended Rhodes University from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a B.Sc. Honours degree in Mathematics and Statistics. In 2020, they obtained additional certifications, including the (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) from (ISC)² and the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.
