Andrea Moore

Andrea Moore, MSM, RACR has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Andrea most recently served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Catholic Charities of Baltimore. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Director at Johns Hopkins Health System where they oversaw full-cycle recruiting processes and provided consultation to hiring managers. Andrea also worked as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at the American Red Cross and as a Human Resources Manager at Ancora, where they managed recruiting teams and directed HR functions for a manufacturing plant.

Andrea Moore, MSM, RACR completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2015. Andrea then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Development from the University of Maryland University College, graduating in 2018.
