Karen Kleeman-Jones

Karen Kleeman-Jones has a solid background in social services, starting as a Counselor at Key Point from 1993 to 1996. Karen then transitioned to St. Vincent's Center, where they worked as a Senior Clinician from 1998 to 2010. Most recently, they joined Catholic Charities of Baltimore in 2010 as a Program Supervisor before being promoted to VMCR Director of Operations in 2022. In their current role, Karen oversees revenue analysis, compliance reviews, and Medicaid/Medicare applications, while also leading initiatives to use data for improving clinical practice guidelines and client care.

Karen Kleeman-Jones completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland in 1993. Karen further pursued their education and earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 1998, specializing in Social Work.
