Krista Fitzgerald, SHRM-CP, has a comprehensive background in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as a Human Resources Specialist at Associated Eye Care since April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Operations Assistant at Hach from August 2017 to January 2019, and Team Lead at LOF-Xpress Oil Change from April 2016 to August 2017. Krista began a career in sales at MetLife as a Virtual Sales Consultant from January 2015 to April 2016, and also worked as an Insurance Agent at American Family Insurance from August 2009 to December 2014. Krista holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Upper Iowa University, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
