Thomas Brown has a vast work experience, starting in 1989 when they became the President of Sierra Pacific West, Inc. Thomas held this position until the present. In 2000, they became the Chairman of the Board for the Associated General Contractors of America, Apprenticeship and Training Trust, San Diego Chapter, and a member of the Board of Directors from 2000 to 2014. In 2003, they became the President of the San Diego Family Justice Center, serving until 2010. Thomas also served as the President of the Associated General Contractors, San Diego Chapter from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 onwards, they served as the Chairman of the Associated General Contractors AGC Charities until 2011. Additionally, they were a Trustee at North County Trade Tech from 2010 to 2013 and a member of the Board of Directors at the National Transportation Research Group starting in 2008. Thomas currently holds the positions of Vice President and Chairman at the Associated General Contractors of America.
