Leslie Ferrier

Leslie Ferrier is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Associated Humane Societies since August 2023, Leslie is also the Founder of CallHR and Head of Fractional + Interim Leadership at Monarch Consulting | HR Solutions. Previous positions include SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Propeller Industries, Chief People Officer at Buyk, and Vice President of Human Resources at Momofuku. Leslie has contributed to the NYC Hospitality Alliance as an Executive Board Member and served on the Board of Directors for Liberty Humane Society. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, complemented by a certificate in International Hotel Management from the Hotel Institute of Montreux in Switzerland.
