Susan Stein

Susan Stein has over 27 years of work experience in human resources and employee benefits management. Currently, they serve as the Director of Benefits at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore, where they are responsible for managing, planning, implementing, and administering benefits programs. Susan collaborates with leadership and vendors to design programs that align with organizational needs and culture. Susan also oversees relationships with benefits vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal service and compliance with regulations. Prior to their current role, Susan worked as an Employee Benefits Account Manager at HMS Insurance Associates for 13 years and as a Human Resources Benefits Manager at The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore for 3 years. Susan also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Grant Thornton LLP and held various roles at T. Rowe Price, including HR Recruiter, HR Generalist, Senior Compliance Specialist, and Retirement Plan Specialist.
