Jonathan Beaird

Jonathan Beaird currently serves as the Director of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS at Space Center Houston since November 2023. Prior to this position, Jonathan held the role of Benefits Administrator at Innovetive Petcare from December 2022 to November 2023 and worked as a People Generalist (Benefits) at PCI from September 2021 to December 2022, overseeing benefit administration for 450 employees across multiple states. Jonathan also served as Payroll Benefits Coordinator and Hospice Office Manager at Carrus Health from October 2019 to July 2021, responsible for payroll and benefits management for 600 employees across 10 entities in Texas and Oklahoma. Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Briar Cliff University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Health from Texas Woman's University.
