Tracy Boka

Tracy Boka, CPA, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Tracy most recently served as the Director of Finance at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore starting in 2023. Prior to that, Tracy held the position of Manager - Accounting and Reporting at UPMC from September 2017 until February 2023. During their time at UPMC, Tracy successfully managed accounting functions and led teams through a complex merger into a major non-profit hospital system. Tracy also played a key role in managing the integration process through organizational and system changes, including transitioning to new systems and minimizing the chart of accounts.

At BFI/Allied Waste, Tracy managed financial and accounting functions for a large volume landfill, and they played an integral role in the development and construction of the landfill, including managing an industrial development bond. Tracy began their career at Waste Management as a Controller.
