Ruben Cogswell

Ruben Cogswell is an experienced maintenance manager with a strong background in the dairy industry. Since April 2017, Ruben has been serving as the Maintenance Manager at Associated Milk Producers Inc. Prior to this role, Ruben held the position of Maintenance Manager at Agropur from June 2011 to April 2017 and served as Maintenance Supervisor at Agropur from November 2008 to February 2011. Ruben's career began at Dairy Farmers of America as a Maintenance Supervisor from August 2000 to February 2008, after which Ruben worked as a Production Supervisor at Land O' Lakes from December 1977 to July 2000.
