John Drake has extensive experience in technical services and management within the printing industry. Currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at Associated Packaging, Inc. since November 2011, John previously owned Southern Barcode, where service, support, and parts for direct thermal and thermal transfer printers and label applicators were provided. Prior to that, John managed the Service Department in the Artcraft Division at Wurzburg from May 2004 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis on Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
