Prior roles within the company include Executive Vice President and Vice President of Estimating and Project Management. Throughout a career that began as a laborer and sideboom equipment operator, Shane has consistently progressed through various positions, including Foreman, Project Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Director, and Vice President, demonstrating extensive expertise in project execution and control.
