Byron Tau is an investigative reporter at The Associated Press in the Washington bureau, focusing on national security, law, and government accountability since November 2024. Previously, Byron was a key reporter at NOTUS, a new publication dedicated to politics and policy, from September 2023 to November 2024. In early 2024, Byron served as an adjunct lecturer at Georgetown University, teaching a course on media and law.
