Debbie Rusolo

Debbie Rusolo, CPDE, ITIL, LEAN, has extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as the Director of Service Assurance at The Associated Press since June 1988. In this role, Debbie is responsible for the design, coordination, planning, and implementation of Service Management Processes within the Global Operations Technology Department, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Previous positions at The Associated Press include Director and Deputy Director of Global Service Delivery, where management of IT infrastructure project lifecycles was key, and Sr. Manager of Applications Services, overseeing global support for various applications. Earlier roles involve overall responsibility for corporate infrastructure production support and implementation management. Debbie began their career as a Computer Operator at St Vincents Medical Center from 1984 to 1988. Debbie holds a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
