Dawn Lopez's work experience began in 1999 as a Government Relations Strategist at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Dawn then worked as a Public Relations Manager at The Plaza Club from 2000-2002. From 2000-2003, they served as the Manager of Community and Government Relations at Storage USA. Dawn Lopez was the Executive Director of Light It Up: The Downtown Illumination Project from 2003-2005. Dawn worked at Chet Morrison Contractors as the External Relations from 2006-2011. In 2012, they held the position of Consultant at DLL Strategies and Director of Marketing at Turn Services and Associated Terminals.
