Ryan Weber

Ryan Weber has a diverse work experience in the field of urology. Ryan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Associated Urological Specialists, a position they have held since November 2019. Prior to this, Ryan worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Urology Associates from August 2010 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, inventory reconciliations, and auditing procedures.

Ryan also had a brief stint as the Race Director at ZERO - The End of Prostate Cancer starting in January 2012. In addition, they worked as a Project Manager at Advanced Urology Associates from January 2009 to May 2010. In this role, they oversaw the purchase and remodel of a multi-specialty facility, collaborating with physician partners, architects, and contractors to optimize workflow efficiency. Ryan also managed financial negotiations and banking interviews for property purchase, construction, and equipment loans.

Ryan Weber obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of St. Francis, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Ryan then pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university, attending from 2008 to 2010.
