Kim Sage Balas

Kim Sage (Benson) Balas has over three decades of experience in technology leadership and project management. Kim currently serves as a Senior IT Manager at Associated Wholesale Grocers, focusing on enhancing ordering capabilities for retailers. Previously, Kim held various titles at Hallmark Cards, including Technology Leader and Technology Development Manager, where Kim oversaw the implementation of ServiceNow and directed the development of internet-facing web portals. Kim holds an MBA from The University of Kansas and a BS in Business/Management Information Systems from Truman State University.
