Tarsha Rafferty

Tarsha Rafferty is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in distribution, logistics, operations, and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Distribution and Logistics at Associated Wholesale Grocers since 2022, Tarsha previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Jasco Products from 2019 to 2021, where the focus was on innovative consumer product distribution. Prior roles include Vice President of Production and Planning at Macy's from 2014 to 2019, overseeing a large-scale automated facility, and various positions, including Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources at Foot Locker from 2002 to 2014. Tarsha began professional career as a Human Resources Manager at Wal-Mart from 2000 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Friends University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Emporia State University.
