Joy Landers

Joy Landers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joy currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager, Human Resources at the same company from November 2007 to September 2021. Joy has also held positions at UMass Memorial Healthcare as a Staffing Partner (Contract) from February 2007 to October 2007. Joy served as a Human Resources Consultant at Cape Cod Healthcare from November 2006 to February 2007. Before that, Joy was the President of Wachusett Consulting Group, LLC from 1999 to 2006. Joy also worked as a Supervisor, Human Resources at BASF Bioresearch Corp from 1994 to 1999, and as a Contract Recruiter at Staples from 1994 to 1995. Joy has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Work Family Directions from 1993 to 1994, and in the Human Resources department at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary from 1991 to 1993. Joy started their career in Human Resources at Digital Equipment Corp in 1983, where they worked until 1991.
