Felix Alicea has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Felix started their career at AvMed Health Plans in 2009, where they served as the Medicare Network Manager for Broward. In 2012, they joined Audaxa Group as a Managing Member, a position they held until December 2019. Since May 2017, Felix has been working at AssociatesMD Medical Group, initially as the Vice President and currently as the Chief Value Officer.
From 2000 to 2004, Felix Alicea attended the University of Miami, studying Political Science.
