Pauline Gibeaux

Pauline Gibeaux is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chargée des RH Proximité at Association de Gestion Solidaire since January 2022. In this role, Pauline manages employee administration throughout their lifecycle, oversees payroll communications, and handles disciplinary matters in collaboration with legal experts, among other HR responsibilities. Previously, Pauline worked at AMLI, focusing on recruitment and social management in the Grand-Est and Île-de-France regions, and at CPAM de Moselle, where recruitment and training processes were managed.
