Fabien Roques

Fabien Roques is the director at IHS CERA (Cambridge Energy Research Associates). He directs the consultancy and research activity on electricity and carbon issues in Europe. His expertise covers electricity and carbon markets in Europe, energy and environmental forecasting, investment models under uncertainty, and the economics of network industry regulation.

Before joining IHS CERA, Fabien was an economist at the International Energy Agency. He did his Ph.D. in energy economics at the University of Cambridge.
