Fouad EL YOUBI is the Associé gérant at BUREAU D'ETUDES TECHNIQUES ENGPOLE since December 2014. Prior to this, worked as an ingénieur génie civil spécialité Ouvrages d'art at Millenium consulting from October 2011 to October 2014. Graduated from Ecole Marocaine d'ingénierie in 2011 with a degree in ingénieur génie civil specialized in Génie civil. Also attended CPGE AL KACHY from 2006 to 2008 for Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles (CPGE) in Math sup / Math spé.
