Normand Trudel

Normand Trudel possesses extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as a technical advisor at Mazda Canada Inc. since October 2019, where notable achievements include significantly reducing customer complaints and ranking as the fourth-best advisor in the first operational month. In addition to this role, Normand is a coordinator for the Association des Scouts du Canada, overseeing outdoor activities and budget planning since October 2015.
