Kathleen Van De Loo

Kathleen founded ADG in 1996 with the vision of providing nonprofit management and communications to organizations wanting to build a strong brand and identity and actively engage members and donors.

Today, the company works with more than 50 nonprofit organizations including professional trade associations, charities, medical societies, and foundations. ADG’s team of managers, creatives, and event and finance professionals offers clients a full range of management, project, consulting, and creative services.

Before starting ADG, Kathleen spent more than a decade as communications director for two major legal lobbying firms in Albany, New York. She directed political campaigns and co-founded a countywide women’s political organization, the United Women’s Council.
