Eva Chan

Eva Chan is an accomplished academic and corporate leader with extensive experience in higher education and corporate governance. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Eva Chan also holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director at Xtep International Holdings Ltd and Capital Environment Holdings Ltd. As the Chairman of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association since December 2008, Eva Chan has been instrumental in promoting best practices in investor relations. Additionally, Eva Chan is the Regional Chair for Greater China at the Association for Coaching, starting in September 2020. Educationally, Eva Chan holds a Doctor of Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, an MBA from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from City University of Hong Kong.
