Ishwariya Rajamohan Frsa

Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA is a versatile professional with extensive experience in coaching, public relations, and architecture. Currently serving as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts at The RSA since April 2023, Ishwariya also functions as a Co-coaching Facilitator for the Nordics at the Association for Coaching since September 2022. As the founder and an accredited coach at Ishoo Rajamohan Coaching, Ishwariya focuses on empowering female leaders in male-dominated sectors with workshops addressing workplace confidence and work-life balance. In addition, Ishwariya holds the position of Public Relations Coordinator at ESP Business Development and Studio Manager at Farshid Moussavi Architecture, while also founding Love Letters to Chefs, providing coaching and workshops for hospitality leaders. Educational achievements include an MSc in Environmental Design of Buildings from Cardiff University, a Diploma in Intermediate Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu London, and a BArch in Architecture from Bangalore University.
