Christine Pacheco, Ph.D., currently serves as Faculty at Southern Arkansas University, where a robust online course in Data Visualization for graduate students has been developed through innovative curriculum design. Holding the position of Assistant Provost for Institutional Research, significant contributions were made to streamline IPEDS reporting procedures, enhancing efficiency and improving student retention rates. As an IPEDS Educator with the Association for Institutional Research, comprehensive IPEDS reporting training is facilitated for institutional research professionals nationwide. Previous roles include Associate Director for Registrar Systems at Boston University and Associate Registrar at both Arkansas Tech University and Southern Arkansas University, where process improvements and policy changes were successfully implemented. Christine Pacheco earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University and holds advanced degrees from Southern Arkansas University and Arkansas Tech University, alongside foundational education in Secondary Education from Montgomery County Community College.
