Omar Z. Baba

Omar Z. Baba, MD, currently serves as a Clinical Pathology resident and Pathology Informatics Fellow at Henry Ford Health, actively participating in leadership and analytical meetings. As Co-Chair of the Young Physician Section for the Association for Pathology Informatics, Omar Z. Baba co-founded the section and organizes networking and academic activities. Previous positions include Clinical Pathology Chief Resident at AUBMC, where responsibilities involved interview panel participation and residency manual composition, as well as EPIC Laboratory Medicine Superuser at AUBMC. Education includes a Fellowship in Pathology Informatics at Henry Ford Health, a Medical Specialty in Clinical Pathology, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of Beirut.
