Christine Kostic

Christine Kostic has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles and industries.

Christine is currently the President of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) - St. Louis Chapter. Prior to this, they worked as the AVP Learning & Development at Enterprise Bank & Trust.

Christine also has experience working at Centene Corporation as a Senior Learning Consultant - Leadership and Executive Development. In this role, they partnered with executive leadership to identify learning priorities and designed leadership programs for frontline and executive leaders.

Additionally, Christine had significant roles at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and its divisions. Christine served as the Director of Learning Solutions & Delivery, overseeing training teams and partnering with executives on training initiatives. Christine also worked in various managerial positions, including Store Manager, Regional Trainer, and Assistant Store Manager.
