Jessica Mader has extensive work experience in the field of talent development and training. Jessica is currently serving as the President Elect for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) - St. Louis Chapter, a position they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, Jessica held the role of VP of Professional Development at the same organization from November 2021 to January 2023.
Before joining the ATD, Jessica worked at Edward Jones for over 15 years. Jessica'sroles at Edward Jones include Learning Experience Designer, where they are currently employed, as well as Senior Trainer Development Specialist and Trainer Development Specialist. Jessica joined Edward Jones in June 2007 and has been involved in various aspects of training and development during their tenure.
Jessica Mader obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from McKendree University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator from IBM and Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer™ from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute. Jessica also holds a certification as a High Performance Learning Journey Champion, granted by the (Official) Brinkerhoff Certification for High Performance Learning Journeys.

Association for Talent Development (ATD) - St. Louis Chapter
The St. Louis chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) offers professional development, networking, and career enrichment for workplace learning and performance professionals in the Greater St. Louis area. The purpose of the Chapter is to promote lifelong learning and professional development through responsible action in support of the members and communities that we serve. This award-winning chapter hosts many events, including monthly learning luncheons, Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings, workshops, and an annual conference. Our members are trainers and managers, instructional designers, eLearning developers, workplace educators, learning and performance specialists, facilitators, and human resources and organization development specialists. The ATD St. Louis chapter was chartered on January 1, 1946 and recently celebrated its 70th Anniversary.
