Matt Haag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Learning & Development at Thrivent since August 2022. Previously, Matt Haag held various senior roles at Ecolab from June 2006 to August 2022, including Senior Director of Learning, Development & Knowledge Solutions for the Global Industrial Group, overseeing a team that supported a $6.3 billion business across more than 160 countries. Matt Haag's expertise encompasses building global training teams, designing leadership and onboarding programs, and implementing strategic learning solutions, complemented by a strong foundation in marketing and project management from previous positions and educational qualifications, including an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
