Théo Duverger is an experienced professional in the fields of executive coaching and motivational speaking, currently serving as a Coach EMBA at ESSEC Executive Education since January 2019 and as an expert in performance hypnosis and leadership at APM - Association Progrès du Management. Théo founded SAS THEO DUVERGER in June 2012, specializing in executive coaching, performance improvement for leaders and athletes, mental preparation, emotional management, and self-confidence enhancement. With a strong background in various training areas, including managerial influence and self-leadership, Théo also delivers dynamic motivational conferences targeting HR and executive teams. Titles of the conferences include "Managez comme Tony Stark" and "Fascinez-vous, fascinez-les!" Théo holds a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Liège, obtained between 2000 and 2006.
