Fil Rios

Fil Rios is currently serving as the Senior Director for Community Health and Workforce Development at Association House of Chicago. With a background in nonprofit management and experience in grant management, program coordination, and workforce development, Fil has a strong track record of working in the healthcare and education sectors. With a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership, Fil also has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Horticulture Production from the College of Lake County, Fil demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
