Timothy Harbison

Timothy Harbison currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Association Member Trust (AMT) since September 2023. Prior to this role, Timothy spent over 26 years at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where positions included Senior Director of Sales and Account Management for the Large Group Market, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and business development for large employers, and Director of Account Management for National Accounts, overseeing a significant account management team. Additionally, Timothy was a Member of the Board of Trustees at State Theatre New Jersey from January 2007 to December 2016. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The Catholic University of America.
