Jana Williams

Jana Williams currently serves as the President & CEO of the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) since April 2023, focusing on collaboration, education, innovation, and community building. Prior to this role, Jana founded Westwire Evolutions, serving as a coach and consultant from April 2018 to April 2023. Jana has extensive experience in the air medical service sector, having held the position of Vice President for Strategic Operations & Partner Development at Med-Trans Corporation from January 2013 to March 2018. Earlier in the career, Jana was the Program Director at AirLife Denver from May 2005 to December 2012 and the Director of EMS, Trauma & Disaster Programs at The Medical Center of Aurora from 1996 to April 2005. Jana holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Administration from Regis University, completed between 2001 and 2005, and has nursing education from Saint Anthony College of Nursing, attended from 1984 to 1987.
