Elaina Busby, MBA, has extensive experience in executive assistance and administrative roles, primarily at the Association of American Railroads since May 2013. In the position of Executive Assistant/PAC Coordinator, responsibilities include managing PAC records and coordinating congressional fundraising events. Previous roles within the organization involved overseeing the Office of the President's annual budget and implementing operational efficiency processes while maintaining confidentiality. Earlier experience includes office management at State Farm, handling payroll and accounts management. Elaina holds a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science from Southern Illinois University and an Associate’s Degree from West Kentucky Community and Technical College.
