Holt Edwards

Holt Edwards currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Government Affairs at the Association of American Railroads, a position held since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Subcommittee Staff Director for the Fisheries, Water, and Wildlife Subcommittee of the Environment and Public Works Committee in the United States Senate, as well as roles as Senior Policy Advisor and Legislative Assistant for Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), focusing on transportation and environmental issues. Holt Edwards has also functioned as Senior Advisor for Senate Affairs at the US Environmental Protection Agency and held various positions within the United States Senate from 2015 to 2019, including Legislative Aide and Legislative Correspondent. Early career experience includes working as Staff for Jim Tracy for Congress. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 2014.
