Jeffrey McInnis

Jeffrey McInnis serves as the Assistant Director of Operating Rules & Practices for CPKC, managing operating practices for the company's U.S. operations since September 2005. Responsibilities include overseeing safety standards, developing operational procedures, guiding stakeholders, and conducting investigations on accidents and injuries. McInnis also represents CP in regulatory forums, ensures compliance with federal regulations, and oversees training programs for locomotive engineers and conductors. Earlier roles include Road Foreman of Engines, Locomotive Engineer, and Training Instructor, showcasing a comprehensive background in the rail industry. Additionally, McInnis is the Chairman of the AAR Operating Practices Committee and has experience as the Emergency Management Director and City Councilman in Cologne, emphasizing a commitment to public safety and community service. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Bethel University.
